Lawyers who adequately fail to communicate with their clients about the realities of the particular claim risks typically suffer malpractice suits from their dis-satisfied clients who wrongly believe that their lawyer was responsible for losing the case.

One thing is for sure; whether it is the about the claiming the civil damages or filing a legal misconduct case against your lawyer; as an individual you have the full citizen right to demand justice if you suspect that you are the victim of a legal misconduct or negligence.
