Once you are done with the hiking, you will be taken on a boat ride and will visit some of the most breathtaking places in the area. The nature reserve, Karlsdrattur is simply beautiful. It is so well-protected by the lake and the glacier that the only way to access it by boat. A landslide into the lake created the Green Lagoon.

No matter how you prefer seeing Iceland, whether by road, or boat, it will always leave you wanting more. The tours are well organized and the guides are friendly. Once you have moved across all the fascinating places in the daytime, you can either relax at your hotel or else take in the night life in the city.
