An animated Presen (Graphics Interchange Structure) file is a graphic image on a Web page that moves -- for example, a twirling image or a banner having a hand that surf or letters which magically get bigger. In particular, an computer animated GIF is a file in the Graphics Switch Format specified as GIF89a that contains within the single file a set of pictures that are presented in a specified order.
