Long lease terms of 10 to 20 years.

Make sure that even if the number of tenants is fewer in number, they pay their rents on time.

Trustworthy clients with a strong financial background.

Full time occupancy and demand.

A property at the right location with a friendly neighborhood.

Possibility of working turnkey real estate based on the clients and locality.

Turnkey properties are selling faster than ever before. This particular kind of real estate is something where the project is constructed and completed before selling it off to clients. They are not built to order as per the specifications of the client. Rather they are built keeping a generalized section of potential buyers in mind. This can be thought of as a type of investment real estate and taking the population growth into consideration, is a good job opportunity. Looking at the way things are growing, a spare property in hand could actually make your life much more comfortable.
