• Follow the rules. Since you’re a lawyer, you have no excuse not to know the rules and restrictions that apply to legal advertising. Different states have different rules about law firm advertisements, so make sure you adhere to the laws of every state you plan to advertise in. Get your commercial scripts approved by the Bar before proceeding to production in order to avoid complications and unnecessary expenses.
