When vegetables are cooked they lose most of their essential vitamins and minerals which end up in the water you are cooking them in. With juicing you are preserving and drinking your vegetables and fruits in their natural form without losing their nutrients.

Juicing gives you the most out of your vegetables and fruits and provides you with the daily amount of proper nutrition that you need. Who has time to eat 6 fruits or vegetables a day when you can mix them together in a juicer and get the same amount in one glass? By juicing you are ensuring you are getting the proper amount of your fruits and vegetables without having to pick up an apple, banana or making sure you are eating your broccoli every day.

A proper diet consists of a wide variety of fruits and vegetables on a daily basis. Eating healthy is a must in order to rid your body of free radicals that you pick up through breathing in outside air or exposure to other unwanted chemicals in your body through processed food. Juicing is a great way to detoxify your body and get your body back on track to becoming healthy.

If you want to start on a healthy and detoxifying diet start juicing. Most people don’t like their green vegetables and it’s the green veggies that have the iron and other important minerals that your body needs. Mixing kale, apples and bananas together will provide you with your daily serving of iron, potassium and other minerals that your body needs to stay healthy. It sounds gross, but it is actually delicious.

Juicing is a great way to start your day. Making a juice drink for breakfast will give you the needed energy boost you need to start your day. You will feel less stressed and energized to take on anything. You will notice a difference in your skin, hair and nails as they start to become healthier as you take in the natural vitamins and minerals from juicing raw vegetables and fruits.

Make sure that while you are juicing make only enough juice that you can drink in one setting. The juicing process breaks down the vegetables and fruits so bacteria can easily grow in your juice if you store it in the refrigerator.
