How Technology Improved Man’s Life And Helped In His Progress

Man has evolved from the single celled organisms that ruled this earth. From there, he had gone to become civilized and matured enough to understand the importance of comfort and efficiency. He had also learnt that to accomplish anything, it was important that he be planned and save himself and all others from other related problems like the mishaps and accidents.


To come to this logical conclusion, man needed to learn many things. The first was to be able to live in groups. The groups of people aided in providing the much needed protection. It also increased in efficiency of hunting larger animals and thereby large groups started staying together. These groups were made of men and women and their families. It was found that these were efficient enough and thereby began the growth of societies that would ensure their progression. Once man has to live in groups, he also found that they could trade with others and/or join with others to become a more larger force. Increase in the number of people brought manifold benefits. Now, they could divide work amidst the different set of people and thereby work faster. ...
... Those who were proficient in agriculture were given in farming, and those in hunting were given that responsibility.


The real turning point, however, came when there was the need of travel and man invented the wheel. It was a major breakthrough. The wheel would many jobs, one of which was travelling. There was marked difference in others also, like in irrigation and in pottery. Man used the wheel wherever needed and therefore progressed in this life further. He could now very well live life comfortably and did not have to strive for the survival like his ancestors. The wheel would grow to be the biggest invention of man in the entire lifetime.


As time passed, man acquired knowledge on technology. He moved on to learn their benefits and thereby used them for their benefits. Each of these technologies has been playing integral roles in their life. The technology has been devised to invent newer machines and motors that would work together to improve the efficiency of man. He could now work much faster and progress in his life. The machines would work together seamlessly and thereby ease man in working together. For example, the package pump stations would be used in the construction sector.


As man moved on, these machines became more complex. He would now use them on everything. We are so dependent on the machines today that most of us would fail to survive. For example, the machines are extensively used in the construction sector and they are used to handle serious jobs that are difficult to do otherwise. They also reduce manual labor and therefore the dependency on employees would decrease, lessening the overall capital investment. For example, the dosing pumps are also used in the construction sector to do work more efficiently. Man used the machines to effectively increase productivity and thereby reduce the overall workload on man.
