If you know how to make pizza that’s this unique, your cooking is bound to be a hit among all your friends! Try out this yummy pizza recipe if you don’t believe it!

Ingredients:

• 2 cups of chopped potatoes
• Salt to taste
• 1 readymade pizza dough
• Around 1 ½ tablespoons of olive oil
• ¼ cup flour for the surface
• 1/3 cups of corn meal
• ½ pound pancetta, diced
• ½ cup roasted red bell peppers, julienned
• ¼ pound taleggio cheese, sliced
• 4 tablespoons grated parmesan
• Pepper to taste
• Basil for garnish
• Juice of ¼ lime and zest

Directions:
1. To start your pizza recipe, preheat your oven to 200ᵒ C.

2. Put water in a large pot and bring it to a boil. Add the potatoes to the boiling water and cook till the ingredients are just tender but not completely cooked.

3. Remove the potatoes from the water and place on a dry cloth to cool. Once you think they’re cool enough to cut, chop them into 1/3 inch slices for the perfect pizza recipe topping.

4. In another ...
... pan, cook the pancetta that you have over a medium flame. Cook until most of the fat has rendered out and crispy. For a healthy pizza recipe, drain out the oil and dry it on a kitchen paper.

5. Flour a clean working space and roll out the dough for the pizza recipe until it is ¼ inch thick.

6. Add the sliced potatoes to top of the pizza recipe dough and make sure the entire surface is covered. Sprinkle a little olive oil over the top of the potatoes and put in the oven. Bake for around 10 minutes until the potatoes start to brown.

7. Remove the pizza recipe from the oven and sprinkle the cooked pancetta, red bell peppers, red pepper flakes and both cheeses on top according to your liking.

8. Put the pizza recipe back to bake and cook for about 6 more minutes till the cheese has melted and the top of the pizza begins to brown.

9. Remove the pizza recipe from the oven and sprinkle the cracked black pepper and chopped basil on top.

10. Allow the pizza recipe to cool very slightly before cutting, drizzle with lime juice on top and sprinkle with lime zest.

11. Your pizza recipe is ready to cut and serve!
