How To Have A Easy Yet Stunning Wedding
This is one of the 2 books I really like out of the encyclopedia of wedding-related books I've read. (Trust me, I really read tons of them, way before starting to plan for my wedding as I enjoy browsing flowers arrangements, table configurations etc. I called them "applied arts", appreciating them no less than Monet's drawing :D)
Why I find this book extremely helpful because it is being really frank on where you can save and where you need to splurge. Not all investing are equal within creating the final feeling of the wedding celebration. Investing in special lighting effects in a ballroom will give more punch within decorating the environment than upgrading the bouquet.
Another thing I love is the fact that throughout the book it provides ideas on how to cut price on flowers. I really like flowers, but I also know that it only 4g iphone day (actually, just a few hours) and it costs a bomb. If you watch wedding actuality shows such as Donald Tutera's My Fair Wedding ceremony and Platinum Wedding on WE funnel, you are probably familiar with the actual hundreds and thousands of blossoms used to create a "flower ...
... tree" as table setting. Nevertheless, to be frank, I personally find those arrangements worth much less in terms of visual value it makes compared to the price tags it relates to.

Tricks: using one kind of flowers in repeat will give you a chic contemporary minimalistic look, that we happened to do in my ROM lunch.
Of course, one of the main reasons I really like this book is because me myself is really a fan of simple minimalist look. In an industry where almost every merchant is trying to wool going-to-wed couples for their "once-of-the-lifetime" occasions, it is natural that many references are gear towards complicated and large flowers arrangement such as what you saw within Twilight. Yes, it is BEAUTIFUL. But it is simply not me. For you girls who are hopelessly romantic and dying to re-create which scene, this book is probably not for you.
Lastly, two caveats for those who really wants to create a simple spectacular wedding:
1. Simple is not the same as inexpensive (my husband’s response to this is "that's stunning"). Simple is neat and not over accessorized. But one can still spend a fortune on the quality of food and item utilized.
2. Simple isn't necessarily minimal. The look might be clean but it can be made up of countless vase with two flowers.
