First, melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Pour the melted chocolate slowly onto the transfer sheets. Using the spatula spread the liquid content thinly and uniformly over the transfer sheet. Make sure it covers the sheet from all sides but the layer shouldn’t be too thick. Once it is done, let the covered sheet cools down until it sets and no longer sticky. Don’t let it cool so much longer otherwise it will be unable to be used for curved surfaces and there is the risk of breaking or cracking of chocolate.
When it cools down, lift the transfer sheet carefully and use your creation as per your choice and preferences. Before using it in any of your creation, let it cools and gets firm in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Once you get your decorative pieces of chocolates, you can use it right away or store them carefully in a cool place.
