Veneers and solid wood material have confused many of the people. Many of them venture out in the market to buy best quality laminated product. Few of them buy qualitative laminated material as they have desired but many end up buying the wrong product which they hadn't thought to buy. So, don't you think it's better to venture out the true information before finally reaching to conclusion that you really need to buy a product.
Today, many producers use an amalgamation of both veneers and solid wood material. When the explanation on the label mentions this, it typically means that the door, drawers and probably the leg part of a piece are solid wood and that the edges and top have veneers. Notice, pull out the drawers, and look behind the doors as well as the drawers. You may find it like that. The things that you must not forget are; is their adhesive running down the side? Does the side of the dresser stretch when you press on it? Is the drawer made of wood or something else? How does get close?
All of these things composed will give you some idea of the superiority of the piece rather than pay no attention ...
... to it just because it has veneers. Veneers aren't inherently bad; it's the quality of the veneer you want to examine. Don't be shy about asking the seller to pull the piece away from the wall so you can scrutinize it. You want to make sure that the superiority of the piece justifies the price tag, isn't it?
Now, you may be thinking that still you are in love with solid wood and still it is not in your budget. Now, you are bewilderment that what can be done, right?
If you have read the above statistics and are still a traditionalist, then there are still options. Look in the nick and dent section of your favorite stores. There you will find out different products. Products such as ply, laminated product for restroom doors and many others can be looked upon. Many times pieces that have been demonstrated on the floor and become damaged will be presented at a lower price. The other alternative is scrubbing the second hand shops for older pieces that are made of solid wood or contacting the best laminate suppliers. This may necessitate that you look past the present finish and look at the edifice, but you can save money. Before you buy no matter what, get measurements so you know it will work, and look it over carefully. Don't be frightened to ask questions.
