My name is Tony Anderson, as well as my entire life has been football. One of my greatest experiences was when I was at the Dutch and European giants Ajax FC associated with Amsterdam. At the time Ajax had the best and most envied “TOTAL FOOTBALL” playing style in the world and many night clubs tried and failed to copy them.

I trained and used some of the most technically gifted individuals of that time, players like Marco Van Basten. Ajax was managed through one of the world’s greatest ever players, the legendary Johan Cruyff. I may have not had a career as a player due to injury, but he or she taught me about ‘TOTAL FOOTBALL’ on the pitch and I soon realised the same principles apply to your brain.

This is how I came up with Complete Football Mindset (TFM)...

The aim of Total Football Mindset (TFM) is to educate the importance of mindset to everybody in football, be it a new kid coming through the rates, a seasoned professional or a participant who has retired and is struggling with the change in their life.
