Choose A Salad Recipe For Healthy Eating
Choosing to have a salad for every meal is a good way of eating healthy. There are plenty of easy recipes for salads that you can get on the Net besides the cookbooks recipes. One of my favorite salad recipes is the Russian salad. All you have to do is dice potatoes, carrots and green peas and after boiling put it all together with some diced hard boiled eggs and some mayonnaise. It's very delicious and if you want to enhance the flavor some more, just put in some boiled prawns. Your family will love you for it and it's one of the easy recipes you can try even if you are not a great cook. You just can't go wrong, just make sure you don't over-boil the vegetables; that's all!
