Polyvinyl Chloride: It is used for producing blister packaging and other packaging varieties that require rigidity and strength.


PVC: It includes a unique variety of pharmaceutical grade plastics which are worldwide used for manufacturing pills blister packaging.

Before using Vacuum Forming Plastic, it is important to understand the advantages of it. In comparison to traditional methods, vacuum forming plastic has several advantages.

It offers excellent cost savings on smaller production runs as prototypes that are created using wood molds offer quick and inexpensive design adjustments.


For creating production parts, relatively inexpensive epoxy and aluminum molds are used.


Finished products produced from this method can be of different colors and characteristics. By thermoforming plastic, thin-walled products can be produced precisely and that too at an effective cost.
