They were creating wealth in real estate, even when they were doing it all wrong.

Then 2006 hit. Houses seemed to be selling much more slowly. With their guard down, real estate entrepreneurs kept on buying more houses and adding more houses to their inventory. By the end of 2006 they were in trouble. They were depleting their profits and wiping out their bank accounts just to make mortgage payments and credit card payments to finish up the houses. Many real estate entrepreneurs still held on, hoping they would at least get the money out that they put into it.

But it wasn't going to happen. One by one the giants fell. One by one they started missing payments on credit cards. Then it led to missing payments on the houses. Some managed to sell the houses for less than they put into it. Others still have those houses and are at the mercy of the bank.

While real estate entrepreneurs were hurting, entrepreneurs in another field were creating wealth on the internet, making money online, and having a ball doing it. What makes these programs so easy to follow is that average people are making money online and creating wealth on the internet. You don't have to be a rocket scientist or even know much about the internet to do it. The beauty of the IPC Instant Cash program is its ease of use.
