Salvia divinorum can be ingested by several different ways. There are capsules, leaves and tea method. However, if you have your own salvia divinorum plant or you ordered some bulk amount of salvia divinorum leaves, it can be a great experience to prepare your own extract which will be suitable for your needs. This way, you can prepare your salvia extract and customize it depending upon your needs. You can also sell them if you want.

There are three main ways to extract salvia divinorum alkaloids:

• Using Isopropanol or Reagent Grade Acetone
• Using Denatured Alcohol
• High Extract Method

Isopropanol/Reagent Grade Acetone Extraction

This method will consume a considerable amount of timespan which could take about 5 days or more. This process involves subjecting the leaves into a container full of Isopropanol/Reagent grade alcohol for about three days and straining them out after the said period expires. The acetone was then boiled which will leave a sticky residue. The process will be repeated several times until there were no residues are formed.

Denatured Alcohol Extraction

This ...
... one consumes lesser timespan than the first method. However, it would need more leaves in order to be successful. The process involves soaking the leaves to a container containing ½ cup of denatured alcohol for 2 hours. The alcohol will then be poured off to a non-aluminum dish and adding 5 crushed dry leaves. It will then be placed inside an oven preheated at 250 degrees F (the oven was turned off before the items are placed inside). The final output can be gathered after 15 minutes and can now be smoked with care.

High Strength Salvia Extraction Method

This is often the called the easiest way to create salvia extracts. It is similar to the acetone method, but consuming lesser time frame (which acetone method will take up to two weeks while this method only takes a maximum of 4 days).

When it comes to choosing the best extraction method for you, take time to evaluate your spare time and resources. Salvia divinorum extraction is somewhat a bit complicated method which requires enough experience on salvia extracts. Also take note, especially for beginners: NEVER USE PURE SALVINORIN-A, those which are the immediate product of your extraction.

Knowing Salvia and its effects are essentials before you Buy Salvia Extract and consume. Read some informative guide online about salvia and order salvia online .
