When you start your exercise routine, remember to start slow. Do not exert yourself too much initially. This will prevent you from getting tired and exhausted too soon. Remember to carry a bottle of water or an energy drink to keep you hydrated. Before getting started with your Run Training, get all your gear together. You will be able to run better with properly fitted exercise shoes.
Set the goal that you have in mind suitable to your overall health. Make your schedule in such a way that you have enough time to exercise. Keep certain days where you can take rest from the exercise routine as well. While running or exercising if you begin to feel exhausted and fall short of breath or even feel nauseatic, stop exercising immediately and rest. This could be as a result of over exertion. Your body will need time to recover from this dizzy and giddy feeling.
It is a good idea to keep a Running Workout journal. You can also use this diary to write down things that you eat. This will give you a better idea on the amount of intake and corresponding exercise. Make a mark of the day that you feel exhausted too. With this you will be able to find where you are going wrong. As you keep improving at the workout, you can increase the duration, frequency or intensity of the exercise. If you are not able to exercise alone you can also join a running group or a gym.
Keep tracking your progress in your journal, it will give you a boost to strive harder. The outcome of this exercise routine will be very healthy. You will experience reduced stress levels, fight diseases and also improve your immune system.
