The BPO sector is booming in India like anything. BPOs provide a wide portfolio of services like Customer support services, insurance processing, data entry service, data mining service, scanning and indexing services, eBook service, photo editing services, form processing service and many more services. The success of the BPOs is due to its quality of services which leads to customer satisfaction. First of all portfolio performance is very important. It is very imperative to provide quality, professional and timely services to your clients. For example, if a client has outsourced data entry service to your BPO, it is important that you provide accurate, time bound, cost effective services with complete discretion to the client. This way he/she will be satisfied and will also outsource your services in future as well.

Businesses find it unusual to ask clients for testimonials. And many times they don’t know how to find and use them. So how do we overpower the above obstacles? First of all keep your eyes and ears open: Have you received a phone call or an email from a client who praises your services and appreciates them? You just have to act on them. If the client is satisfied with your services and says positive things about your services, then ask him or her if you could include their feedback in your client testimonial say may be on your website. Again make it easy for your clients to give their testimonials. Don’t make them feel like they have to write an essay on your services. Ask them relevant questions like:

•What are the factors that helped you decide to get your services? For example, why did you decide data entry outsource to our company?

•How our BPO service process helped you get the desired results?

•If you were to recommend our services to someone else how would you explain our services so that they believe you promptly?
