• 1 ½ cup of snow peas
• 1 ½ cup of shredded cooked chicken
• ¾ cup of grated carrots
• 1 ½ tablespoons of sesame seeds
• 1 ½ thinly sliced scallion
Ingredients For The Dressing Recipe:
• ½ cup of creamy peanut butter
• 3 teaspoons of brown sugar
• 3 Tablespoons of soy sauce
• 1 ½ teaspoons of sesame oil
• 1 ½ teaspoon of apple-cider vinegar
Directions:

• ½ cup of lime juice
• 4 tablespoons of honey

• ¾ cup of canola oil

2. Drain and rinse it in cool water to keep it ready for the salad.
3. Put in a salad bowl of your choice and add all the ingredients for the salad recipe. Toss thoroughly to mix.
4. In a separate bowl mix all the ingredients of the dressing recipe very well. Pour it all over pasta mixture and toss again.
5. For garnishing, sprinkle cilantro on top.
