Using liquid substitutions in your cooking can increase nutrition and give a standby dish a new flavor.
Try to use things that are colorful when you are cooking. Using colorful ingredients makes the dish pleasing to the eye, and it also provides you with a balance of nutrients. Pick nice looking garnishes as well; try tomatoes, cilantro, carrots, or parsley. If you use color, people will want to eat your foods.
