A Sportsman has to maintain his body in a very good condition because he is called upon to display his talent in a competition at a desired time or immediately if required for some assessment. Of course all competitions are scheduled, but the fitness of a person cannot be brought to a desired condition at the flick of a button or overnight. So it’s essential for a sportsman to be fit at all times to prove his Mattel.
But a person who plays sports games also has to be healthy and always practice the game he is a master at. This ensures that he is in a condition to take up the challenge anytime as and when required. He has to maintain his physical and mental health as there is always a balance required between them for the body to function properly.

He needs to carry with him a water bottle, energy drink if necessary, and a pack of Glucose and or any other energy providing drink. He has to drink lot of liquids like water which helps him to gain more strength and keep him in good spirits. Dehydration is a major threat to sportsmen which has to be avoided at all time. He needs to ensure that the intake of energy providing food and or liquids are available in optimum quantity so that he is fit and fine at all times of practice .This ensures that any sports person is ready for any kind of competition to prove his talent which is his main goal.
