For the mould base we use SINO standard steel or LKM base moulds. And mould spare parts we use DIN 1.2344 by the D-M-E size standards.

SINO-PK uses imported processing equipment with high precision, such as:
• Five axis tooling center with high precision, made in Italy,
• Fidia high speed CNC machines, which import from Italy,
• Sodick precision EDM machines import from Japan,
• Wire cutting production equipment import from Japan,
• Mazark precision lathes made in Japan and so on.

The use of advanced equipment give us the chance to make the moulds with accurate size and higher accuracy, it can help us meet the customers’ needs better. Almost every day customers from all over the world come to visit our factory; always after visit they are very satisfied.

SINO-PK is one of the Chinese factories, which can make the cap mould (flip-top cap mould) with automatic closing device, with its help, flip-top caps can auto close in the mould before demoulding.
