Keyless car remote is the latest development in the automotive security industry and undoubtedly, one of the best so far. These days, all the car models come with keyless remotes installed in them. Besides its security feature, keyless remote also provide comfort to the users.

The remote of the car helps the owner to enter the car without using a key. There is an electronic lock which helps the owner to open the car without the key. It is a key which actually is a remote control.

The first car to use such a device was the French Renault in the year 1982. Later on it was used by a number of American car brands and in the present day it has become a necessity. The electronic car remote has a radio transmitter that functions within a short range of 15 - 60 feet. When we use the remote to activate the lock it transmits a radio wave that is caught and interpreted by the car which then automatically unlocks itself without the key. In most of the American cars these remotes function at 315 MHz frequency. On the other hand cars from countries like Asia, Japan and Europe functions at the higher frequencies of 433.92 MHz.

Usually ...
... the lock makes the sound of two beeps when it is being unlocked and the sound of one beep when it is being locked. If the car makes the sound of four beeps that implies that all the passengers of the car have not been wearing the seat belt or that one of the seat belts has not been buckled properly. When the car makes the sound of a lengthy single beep it is meant for the power tail and also the trunk. One alone sharp beep points out that the system is booted and all set and all the other things are also secure.

All the keys that represent the above functions are present on the fob of the key. In several cases it is present on the handle of the ignition key itself. The buttons perform several functions like locking the doors, opening the trunks and also check on the tail gates. Some remotes also have the additional function which allows the user to open the sliding doors and then hold them in place. Most of the remotes have a red button which comes into use in times of emergency for example theft. What it does is it shuts down the car and does not allow it to move at all from its place.

The best feature of a keyless entry remote control is that this product is available on every conceivable brand thus making it readily available and a lot of features to choose from. What one needs to do is to compare all the available features and keeps ones needs in mind and finally buy the product which is the best suited for your needs. Therefore this product provides the benefit of multiple choices.

Another type of a keyless car remote is also known as the smart remote. The main feature of this remote is that the user does not need to physically press the button on the remote. On the other hand the car simply senses the presence of the key near its proximity and automatically unlocks the car.
