The Victorian style of construction thrived during the reign of Queen Victoria. This period is dated from 20 June 1837 to 22 January 1901. It was later in Victoria's reign that many of the most distinguishing elements of Victorian architecture became popular. This style of architecture enjoyed various influences. These include interpretations and revivals of some historic styles. Historical studies have also found Asian and Middle Eastern influences on Victorian Architecture.
