Shimla, the capital city of Himachal Pradesh is belied to have been named after Goddess Shyamala Devi, an incarnation of Goddess Kali. Having served as the summer capital of British India, Shimla is rich in terms of Victorian architecture that still manages to draw in a lot of attention from all quarters.
