In the hectic world we live in today in the United States, the majority of people run from the time they get up, to the time they go to bed at night. From morning rush hour traffic to lunch with clients to soccer practice, the demands we place on our bodies are constant and draining. A men's multivitamin won't hurt you any, but it won't help you as much as it could either.
