Education breathes in everyone. Without education and light of knowledge no human is human. Pure human being is referred to those, who have light of knowledge in time. Knowledge is something, which helps people grow and develop. Knowledge gives human strength to stand up and start thinking in a broader way. Proper knowledge makes human able to go long way in life. People develop his ability to think further and imagine further holding the hand of education only.

To give this intention a proper execution, schools, colleges and other educational institutes have been established. These are nothing but such places where only educational business and transactions between learners and teachers take place. Then, it got turned into a sort of business for good purpose. Then, society turns out to be dependent on such institutes. Because, on the ground of such fleet, professionalism got bigger in size and professional courses got included in the education system. The education department of this nation started sanctioning much more fields of studies where varieties of courses got input and on these bases, jobs got also allotted.

Schools got changed and new technological methods got entry. As syllabuses are getting advanced and quite tougher, so, to bring fruitfulness in the study system, the school administrators changed the admission process. Now, there are numbers of segments of interviewing a child for the admission. At first, students have to face written test and if they qualify the written test then they are supposed to face the personal interview along their parents. In this segment, child confidence level and personality would be examined. And, later on after all is done; only qualified children who can touch the expected ranking get the chance to pursue in the schools.

If we think positively, or in a distinct way then, we can dig out the good things out of this. As, some groups went away against this procedure, holding on to the statements that at the age of growing or emerging children have to face rejection. But, why they cannot think like if parents take care of their kids’ education since the very time they reached the pre-schooling age, then qualifying such examinations will be nothing for them. If parents want to sit at home luxuriously without considering this as important then, rejection must knock them down. This kind of procedure is meant only to make every parent serious regarding this and start training preparing their kids for the entrance examinations.

This is a change for good and development. Else, India is where now, could have never been here. There were such pioneers who took the major steps to bring change and today here we are. Especially, Northern-India is much more developed in this case, as the schools which are based out at Delhi, Noida or Gurgaon like cities have become global institutes.
