Jobs in these departments are published from time to time, so that there is a rush among the aspirants, when there is an advertisement in these sectors. Particularly the railways and banks have a large number of vacancies published almost every year. This is a natural progression of the huge extent of these organisations, in almost all parts of the country. Railways go into the deep pockets of the entire India, while State Bank of India has thousands of branches across the country.

Although the railway recruitment at the officer levels is done by the Union Public Service Commission, the Group C and D posts are recruited by the Railway Recruitment Boards in about 20 regions of India. RRB recruitment 2013 will be done for posts such as ticket collectors, stenographers, groundsmen, and others. • Salary - Another factor which spurs the young mind these days, about their employment opportunities, is that of the pay scales. After getting through the SBI clerk recruitment 2013 and SAIL recruitment 2013, the salaries are quite good. Roughly, the salaries would be somewhere around Rs 10,000 to 15,000 to start with. These might also be higher according to prevailing rates of salaries fixated by the respective managements. Getting these salaries at the minimum standards is not possible with any other private organisation, a fact which is realised by the thousands of candidates who submit their applications.

Due to the above reasons, or rather advantages to the youths, they are highly enthusiastic about starting a career in the railways or State Bank of India or public sector undertakings. It pays to be the early bird and the huge demand for the recruitment in 2013 in these particular sectors is because most of the youths realise these advantages.
