• Favoritism is a game to be played for better success in the startup of a business. Unless you make your top customers feel that they are special they may not stay stuck to your company and some better offers may make them to shift to some other brands. After all the service or the product are what they need and not your company. If you just try to maintain a relation with your top customer and make them feel that they are important for you, they will b loyal to your brand.
• Customers are not always correct but if the customer is the right one, he is always correct. As simple as it is, one who makes you earn is whom you have to think of and care for. Whenever a new customer gets attached to the business consider if as a king and do something that he never feels like going away. Try to enlarge him as a customer with more trust on your company.
• Remember one thing; you will be graded by your work and not by your words. Avoid making too many promises which you may or may not be able to fulfill. Instead of that, make fewer promises and deliver more. This will make them feel special as you deliver much more than asked or desired. On the other hand it will prevent any panic in the customers as it happens when a company fails to deliver its service on stipulated time.
• Never keep any secret regarding your advantages. Secrets bring a sense of disbelief in people. In today’s world of internet, nothing remains hidden and it is better to talk about your advantages. This will make people trust you, buy your products as well as assist in selling.
• Try to be an inch ahead of your competitors. Remember one thing; there is always a small change that makes or breaks you in front of the customers. Be little more creative, helpful and dedicated to your attempt in satisfying your customers. Finance
• Prioritize the demands you get from the customers. The best customers should receive the goods first and then the other. However, each one would get the message that we are working on it and they will soon receive it.
• Never accept customer services that you cannot afford to do. You can give a reply like there are some task shifting being down and so at present you are unable to deliver the goods but will let him know in future when the service is available.
• Raise your price for bad clients and this will make them run after you as rise in price will increase your value in their eyes.
