Yummy And Easy Seafood Indulgence
Food lovers are recently switching to seafood to give their taste-buds relief from the conventional meaty boredom. Moreover, nutritionists say that seafood is easily digestible, low on carbohydrate, protein and cholesterol.
Well!! This seems to make sense especially in a time, when people have become health conscious and are also found to avoid oily and protein rich consumptions.

Pepper and Corn Shrimp
Rice (long grain and cooked), 8.8oz
Ground cumin, ½ teaspoon
Undrained diced tomatoes along with chili seasoning, 14 ½ oz
Salt, ½ teaspoon
Olive oil, 2 tablespoon
Black pepper, ½ teaspoon
Diced sweet peppers, 1 cup
Garlic cloves (minced), 2

Frozen and thawed kernel corn in whole, 1 cup
Deveined and peeled shrimps, 1lb
Preparation
Take a small sized saucepan and combine tomatoes and rice in it. Take another small bowl and mix salt, cumin and black pepper. Stir in half of cumin mixture with rice. Cook the ingredients over medium flame and cover the saucepan while cooking is on. Reduce the heat and keep it warm.
In the meanwhile take a ½ inch skillet and heat oil in it. Add the corn and pepper. Cook and stir occasionally (say for about 3-4 minutes). Stir in some garlic. Sprinkle the cumin mixture with shrimps and pour it in the skillet. Cook till the shrimps are done and peppers turn crisp. Serve shrimp with rice and sprinkle some parsley on it.

Maine Crab sliders
Pack slider rolls, 1 ½ pack
Cooked crab meat, 2 ½ lb
Roma tomato, 1
Cooked bacon sliced in half, 6 slices
Heavy cream, 2 cups
Ripe avocado, 1
Lime, 1
Butter
Firstly cook the bacon slices till they turn crispy. Set them aside on a tissue towel. Now, add heavy cream to the sauté pan and set it for boiling. Add lime juice extracted from 1 lime. Next, let the cream and lime, reduce to thicken; and set it aside.
Take a sharp knife and slice tomato; also peel and slice the avocado. Take a sauté pan and melt butter over medium flame. Add in the slider rolls and grill till the middle of the rolls become golden. Set aside the rolls on a platter. Now, make the crab slider. Start with the bottom portion of the slider bun and then add the avocado alongside crab meat. After this, add the bacon along with lime and cream sauce; also add tomato along with the slide bun’s top half.
