"How do you burn iPhoto slideshow to DVD? I exported to Quick Time & burned as movie but won't play on DVD player."

"I have made a slide show from photos in iPhoto. It works fine and I have published it to my "me gallery". I now want to make a DVD of this slideshow. I have tried to use an old version of Toast and I get an error message after the slideshow has been formated and "supposedly" burned.
