This can be a channel for obtaining delivery service in case you want a plate of pizza or something else delivered at your doorsteps.

· Social Network Integration – Social media sites are a great place to interact with customers. The restaurant can reach out to clients through Twitter to “tweet” information like discounts, special events, or live performances. Facebook is another social media platform that the restaurant can utilize to generate leads. By building a fan page, menu and drink varieties will be featured for the public to see. · Mobile Coupons – Customers just love to download mobile coupons to their phones and present them to the restaurant to get a discount.
· QR Codes – The restaurant can post QR codes on their menu, poster, wall or anywhere within the vicinity that customers can scan easily to view different specials including daily promos.

Marketers have recognized this potential and are starting to explore mobile marketing options. Understanding the needs of their audience is a way to develop marketing campaigns specifically designed for them.
