The city Hyderabad is located on the banks of the River Musi, and is the capital of the state Andhra Pradesh. This city, which is located on the Deccan plateau, is ranked as the fifth largest city in India. Hyderabad is founded by Muhammad Quli Qutab Shah in 1591, and this city is named after his wife Queen Hyder Mahal. As this city, Hyderabad is 500 years old, is also known as historical Old City which is famous for Charminar, Mecca Masjid. This city was ruled for long time by royals Nizam and hence the city is also named as 'City of Nizams'.

Hyderabad is also known for many Pharmaceutical firms, Laboratories and Information Technology companies among others. Travelling from Hyderabad to Bangalore by train is viable as there are many trains offering service from Secunderabad , which is 7km away from Hyderabad city and Bangalore. This is best way of travelling for families with kids, seniors and group travelers and the fare is about 266 per traveller. Travelling by flight is also easy as it takes just an hour to reach Bangalore from Hyderabad and there is direct flight available in this route.
