Would you be convinced with having perfectly arched eyebrows and not needing to worry about it for two whole weeks? It is quiet convincing for those busy scheduled ladies and men that don’t find the time to continuously fix their facial features. Eyebrow threading, a creative procedure used by cotton thread to eliminate excess eyebrow hair, is used throughout the nation to bring out the perfect feature on the face.

The history of threading starts from Middle East, India or China. Since it started a long way back, many places hold the traces of this art. Even though threading is mainly done to take out the excess hair from the eyebrows, it is still used for upper lips, chin, side burns and cheeks. Even when you get waxing done on your legs, arms or even face, threading is still used to take out the hairs which were not pulled out by the wax. Threading takes out the hair straight from the follicle which is why it takes two weeks to fully grow back, which is also why it is an extremely satisfying process for those who get it done.

The process of threading looks pretty easy if you have ever seen anyone do it before ...
... but it does require a lot of techniques. People are trained to work on it to hold the thread the right way so they are able to get the hair intertwined and ready to be pulled out. You also have to know how to arch the eyebrow, because if one mistake is done and an extra hair is pulled out, only an eyebrow pencil will be able to save that look for the next two weeks.

With eyebrow threading, you will be sure to be satisfied with the two weeks of cleanliness and an extreme soft growth in return. If you have been shaving, you may have noticed thick hair growing back quickly, but with threading, you will get the opposite of that with thin hair growing back slowly within the two weeks after. Not just with shaving, but you will also notice fast growth with waxing since waxing does not pull out each eyebrow hair from the follicle like threading does.

Don’t be afraid of getting your hair pulled out by threading; it does not hurt as bad as it may seem, especially because the thread is closely placed to your skin and the hair is pulled out from the root where you won’t be able to notice. As time goes on and you get used to the threading, just to glorify your face, you will soon be used to the perfection in no time!
