These days there are many people who are interested in leading a better lifestyle, a healthier one, as to balance the stress at work and the pollution on the streets. For this reason, they study or adopt various practices that have been proven as healthy by others, such a yoga, meditation or burning incense to create a more peaceful atmosphere around them.

While in the beginning, in the Neolithic times, in China, the incense was used more for various religious purposes, today it can be burned no matter the place, time or reason. The incense sticks are a pretty popular form of incense, but cones or other forms are also used. Those interested in aromatherapy as well as those who (try to) practice it, associate various scents with various state of mind and with various results. Regarding to this, roses have been noted to aid with depression, anger, resentment – as in helping having these feelings to improve their state of mind. More traditionally, though, roses are mostly associated with love and romance, thus you might want to burn some rose incense during a romantic dinner at home.

There are many companies producing ...
... and selling Rose Incense Sticks, and of course, not all of them smell the same. This is because of the various ingredients used, while different companies have different methods of producing incense. However, the cheaper ones use a lot of clay as well as artificial aroma and they will clearly smell a bit
different than the ones that use natural ingredients. Even the natural rose incense sticks will use various other ingredients and may have a more subtle scent than the artificial incense. Usually the incense using natural ingredients are also hand rolled or handmade, which adds to their price.

If you want to buy rose incense sticks, you can so on many online websites that are dedicated Zen living, though you will find many supermarkets selling this kind of products as well. It is however indicated to buy your incense from places that say they work with producers from countries in which this product originates. Some of these
places are backed up by yoga instructors as well as by other people that make use of incense in their daily life or practices.

It really doesn't matter where you are when you want to burn your incense, as it can be burned at home, during almost any activity, in the office, outdoors during a picnic or when you try to relax drinking your favorite coffee or tea and reading or just lazying around.
