Overall, if you're pressured by time and you need to impress someone, choose the wok recipes. But if you're planning on cooking something for a couple of days, opt for stew recipes. When preparing dishes using the wok pan, you usually cook for a single meal, thus the next day or the evening will require doing things all over again. It's best to have all necessary cooking items at home, for you never know when they might come in handy.
