India is developing at a rapid pace, but better opportunities are only available in big cities like Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai and Mumbai. This is only reason why many people rush from small places towards these metropolitan cities. People growth is in such a fast rate that the satellite towns of these metropolitan also come under the pressure. As we know that Dehli-NCR is the capital of India, it has enormous potential for employment, business etc. this is the reason for large inflow of mankind towards NCR region. People coming here not for a day or a month but they intend to stay here for a life time. That means residential as well as commercial properties in Delhi is in great demand, resulting large number of property deal is available here.
Among these, most of them look to rent properties either residential or commercial. But getting a flat/house on rent in these cities is really a tough task. It’s not tough to get the property in the capital but most importantly faith of owners matters a lot. As we know the most common use of rent agreement which has reduced pressure of insecurity from both tenants as well as owner? ...

As we have many option in and around the city for residential as well as commercial purposes. Beside that rent agreement form required all details of both parties, details about accommodation it provide, date of occupying the premises, validity period of rent agreement, if premises is furnished then it may incorporate furnishings detail also.
Cost of living is going up day by day. Specially in major cities, it’s very difficult to owned or construct a land. If anyone has a property they want at least reasonable returns. The best option is to rent flat/ house whatever it be. Most important thing which owner has to remember is too aware of tenant activities as many terrorists and fly by night operators are in a hunt for a safe abode.
