The National Capital Territory (NCT) of India, Delhi is the eighth most crowded city in the world. Delhi has evolved with many changes and holds a great Historic background. Many rulers of several Dynasties have rooted Delhi as their capital city. This has made Delhi a blend of many cultures and traditions. Delhi was described as Indraprastha, the legendary capital from the time of Mahabharata. Chandni Chowk is an old market place constructed by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jehan in Old Delhi. Chandni Chowk is situated near Red Fort and Jama Masjid. The market place was developed by Shah Jehan for his daughter to shop whatever she wanted to. The present Chandni Chowk is the largest whole sale market of Asia.

Rashtrapati Bhawan was erected in 1931 to serve the Governor General of India and was named as Viceregal Lodge. Post-Independence the place is serving as a palace to the President of India.
Connaught Place is one of the lavish shopping destinations in Delhi. Connaught place is more commonly known as CP among locals. It is a heritage building and houses many privately owned shops. The place also adorns many restaurants to suit the pocket and taste of every individual.
