You can use a bucket full of warm water in order to wash any stubborn stains or yellownesses of the blinds.
Pour a mild dishwashing soap within the bucket, mix it well with the water and apply to the blinds in order clean it up. However, you may have to remove the blinds in order to clean them, but it is not necessary all the time you plan to clean them up.
