Over the years, the restaurant has undergone a major revamping in terms of its menu. Finally, in 2006, it shed its tag of twin-menu restaurant and became an authentic Continental restaurant. Its new European menu, drawn up by Inderpal Kochhar in 2006, is more of fusion food in terms of its Asian and African influences. Loyal clients however, will always have a taste of their original menu, some of which has been retained in house special dishes. The unique selling proposition (USP) of the Lodi Garden is its fresh ingredients, cooked in refined oil. The restaurant takes pride in rustling up dishes using seasonal ingredients and homemade spices. The restaurant also undergoes a major menu overhaul twice a year, so that it can incorporate the best of seasonal fruits and vegetables in their juices and dishes.
The Lodi Garden Restaurant is not known for its wine. However, it boasts of a fine collection of wine and single malts. It also serves cocktails and fresh fruit mocktails.
