Various Uses Of Labels
Labels are being used for different purpose. Some common uses of labels are given below:
Stickers: When an object requires identification or idea then stickers are widely used. Brand stickers are used as identification of certain companies. In The U.S stickers are part of political campaign in voting district as reminders to others to vote.
Stickers which placed on automobile bumpers are called bumper stickers. Such stickers are often used by individuals as a way of showing support for political or ideological causes and also used as a sign of vehicle registration and last service details.
Product label: Identification of product permanently by a label is common. These labels need to be able to bond securely to the surface for its intended life and under in-use conditions. Removable product labels need to hold until they must be removed. For example, a label on a new refrigerator has installation and usage information: the label needs to be able to be removed cleanly and easily from the unit once installed.

Package label: These communicate pricing, bar codes, UPC identification, usage guidance, addresses, advertising, etc. They also may be used to help resist or indicate tampering or pilferage. Often high speed label printer applicators are used to apply labels to packages. Packaging often has labels attached to the package.

When customers see a familiar logo, they are less likely to discard an envelope or catalog unopened. They are also more likely to order something because the logo equates with dependable service and quality products.
