A data collection is, any information collected from some one person or any other ways to get some kind of news. Data collection is having different types of collecting the data’s. We are going to explain brief about the different types in data collection.

Data collection is states that, the “information” or “data” collects from in the way of first investigation process, inquiry and hearing news with some others.

And mostly these secondary data’s are not relevant and pure or original data.

A). Data collection through investigation:

In these types, trained investigators are working as employees are collecting the data. This method, the researcher will collect the information from asking required questions from the individual persons.

B). Personal investigation methods:

The researcher or the data collector has conducted the survey and collecting data. This method we have to collect more accurate data and original data. This method is useful for small data collection only not big collection of data projects.

C). Data collection through telephones:

The data researches collect the information or data through the telephones and mobiles. It is accurate and very quick process for data collection.

2. Secondary data methods:

The secondary data collection types also have two different important types, And it is explaining given below:

A). Official:

Data collecting from the ministry of finance, Agriculture, Industry and etc… These data collection methods are official.

B). Semi – official:

This is the method of data collection from, Railway boards, banks, population committee and etc…
