With the start of a student's education system, it trains them into the skills of handwriting. Once on to higher education they understand the importance of legible writing as they have their grade/marks dependent on their writing skills. Once they are done with their higher education & professional courses, they step into the mad world they have lost sight of the effects their handwriting is going have in the coming future.
