The Human Resource department in the oil and gas sector is under a serious talent void trouble. Increased and flexible compensation facility is needed as well. A large number of HR professional from the oil and gas sector reported that enhanced compensation is one of the most vital solutions to keep the employees attached and loyal to the companies.
