Many real estate buyers want to know much more about the house that they are planning to buy. Here are some questions that most of them ask and their related areas where they can get the answers.
1. How’s the locality like where I am planning to live?
The local papers reports mostly give an idea where most crimes take place. The summary indicates that there is no particular safe zone but your neighborhood is what you make out of it.
2. Is there greenery around?
The older the property the more chances of it having many established trees but even new developers make sure to provide an open green space where kids and adults alike can breathe in some fresh air.
3. Is there enough development around the area?
The city’s plans shows development for future roadways, new streets or street widening. You can ask the property developer about the plans of the city officials related to the area.
4. Is it closer to stores?
Most areas have a group of community shops established within or near the vicinity. These usually include dairy, general stores, medicine stores, vegetable shops ...

5. Do major school buses come in our area?
Almost every school has its website and would have information on the bus routes. You can visit the website or check personally with the school transportation officer and you would get to know about the bus route from your house.
6. What about security?
Most apartments in Indore come with alarm fitted or dead locks. Home owners have become security conscious and add security devices at their home entrance for better protection.

7. Is there double glazing?
Double glazing is a relatively new feature that is being used to meet new building requirements for thermal performance and insulation. It helps in maintain the warmth of the houses.
8. Is the complex good for pets?
Some deeds of properties bar the owner from keeping pets on the property. If the current owner already has a pet than it might be suitable for your pet or else you need to make it suitable for your pet friend.
9. Are the neighbors friendly?
The way people keep their houses says a lot about them. You might not have a choice in picking good neighbors but you always have a choice of being a good neighbor.
