Nowadays it's very common to have blood pressure problem regardless any age. What are the prime factors for this? Is that are living habits making us prone to this disease or some other factors are responsible for this? These are some of the questions which arise in mind while thinking about this problem.

Another home remedy very useful in controlling or lowering the hypertension level is garlic. Garlic has the tendency to thin the blood. So having garlic clove early in the morning will surely help you to have healthy blood pressure. Feenugreek leaves juice is another source for lowering hypertension.

The smart way to have healthy blood pressure is maintaining your health and keep a continuous eye over the blood pressure report. Be cautious and don’t let hypertension harm you. Live healthy life.
