Graduate Reading Examination (GRE) has gained so much of prominence with the United State of America’s universities’ acceptance criteria largely depends upon the scores of students in GRE. Almost all of the American universities prefer students with decent and respectable GRE scores. This is the reason why a scenario like students who wish to fly to US of A for their higher studies get stuck in panic while preparing for GRE arises.
With such prominence attached to GRE, certain changes were proposed and implemented by ETS, the test conducting body in August 2011. Students were subjected to pandemonium amidst confused chaos of people arguing if the previous pattern was the better one or the new one is. This is an attempt to bring out the contrast between old GRE pattern and new GRE pattern as the sole motto of Prosper Overseas is to keep the student world educated and updated.
There are few significant changes brought in the old GRE patters so as to allow it to evolve as a revised GRE exam. In fact, leaving behind the beginners’ inertia, now the new GRE pattern is ...
... widely recognized and accepted by the student world.
We should say that GRE has been made more student-friendly. The questions used to appear in a chronological order as the next question’s difficulty level used to be dependent on the previous question’s answer. But this is changed now. Students are at the flexibility of changing their minds and accordingly change the answers of the questions they previously attempted.
Also an in-built calculator is being provided on screen by ETS in new GRE pattern. This is of huge benefit to student as a lot of time could be saved which used to be lost in calculating trivial calculations.
Also the questions and problems in the new GRE test have become more realistic. The hypothetical attitude of the questions has been changed and to find relevance with the real world, more emphasis on mathematics and aptitude is being laid. This in fact helps students to have a practical approach as well as this won the accolades of many business schools in terms of its realistic framing of the test.
Prosper Overseas’ staff has formed a full panoramic idea of the new GRE pattern and has been successful in helping students to clear the test in no panic with decent outcomes. Be it anything regarding overseas education, the name Prosper Overseas sprouts up and blossoms!
