How Does Volume Of Posts In Epfo, Ecil And Dsssb Recruitment 2013 Affect Job Trend
It is therefore not unusual that students, after passing out from their educational careers, wait up for the right opportunity to cross along. They want their careers to start from the best organisations. Due to this reason, many candidates put in their applications, whenever there is a recruitment advertisement for organisations like ECIL or Electronics Corporation of India Limited and EPFO or Employees Provident Fund Organisation. Even though these two organisations are quite different, they have a common thread of huge number of applicants.
Voluminous positions drawing in more applicants
In India, it has been that people are inclined towards government jobs. Whenever these jobs are advertised, there are a large number of applications which come in. But if the posts advertised for, are many, then there is a huge increase in the number of total candidates fighting for these positions. The exams which are conducted by Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board or DSSSB, an organisation for recruitment into multiple positions in Government of NCT of Delhi and other autonomous bodies, are attended by huge number ...
... of applicants. This is also because of the posts which amount of few thousands in different Group B and Group C cadre. In the DSSSB recruitment 2013, there will be positions of nurses, fire inspectors, teachers, inspecting officers in labour department, and many others. Since there is requirement to fill up the vacancies in different departments in the Delhi NCR region, in Group B and C cadres, qualifications of the candidates will also vary according to the posts. When all the positions are taken together, the entire list can be very long. With written and interview rounds and skill tests being conducted in different posts, the candidates can prepare themselves and appear in the concerned examinations.
Electronics Corporation of India Limited or ECIL is one of the leading organisations in the country, which is related with the Ministry of Atomic Energy, set up to enhance the professional level electronics equipment production in the country. For the ECIL recruitment 2013, there are about 346 posts of charge centre incharge, data base administrator and data entry operators, which have been published recently, so that selected candidates will be posted by 2013. More number of posts will be coming out in 2013 itself, so that interested candidates need to remain alert about these positions. If they are satisfying the eligibility criteria, then they can send in their applications. For such positions, there are many people who would be eligible and therefore, there are a large number of applicants.
In case of jobs in EPFO, the EPFO recruitment 2013 is recently coming out with advertisements for Social Security Assistants, for which the qualifications are graduation while the skill test includes typing speed. These are features which can be found with many candidates, which has therefore increased the total number of candidates applying for the posts. There are also other positions such as Assistant Provident Fund Commissioners, Assistant Directors, EO/AO and stenographers, etc, for which applications also pour in, in large numbers.
Because of the huge number of posts which are published in the departments like ECIL, EPFO and those in the Delhi NCT, candidates are going to have a challenging but rewarding road ahead in 2013. It is their interest in sending in applications and their preparations as well as awareness about various aspects of the exams, which will give them a push in their careers.
