Bangalore is the capital of the Karnataka state situated in the southern part of India. The city is often referred as the 'IT City' as Bangalore is home to a developing IT industry. Happy and satisfied by the hospitality of the lady, he called the place the name benda-kaal-uru and later renamed asBengaluru. Tirupati, a busiest pilgrim center in the country, is located in the district of Chittoor in Andhra Pradesh. The Lord of the Tirupati Temple, Sri Venkateshwara (Vishnu), is believed to be a god who gives everything on praying. Businessmen start their businesses by making Balaji as their partner and they pay a share of their profit to the lord annually. The devotees offer gold and other valuables to the lord and this temple is considered the richest temple of the country.
Bangalore can be reached by air, rail and road. Direct flights are available from Tirupati to Bangalore. These tickets areavailable at a cheap rate.
Several trains pass through Tirupati to Bangalore. Bhubaneshwar Express, Yeswantpur Hatia Exp, Yeswantpur Tata Express, Sheshadri Express and Yeswantpur Howrah Express pass through Bangalore. Train journey is comparatively cheaper as well as comfortable.
One of the best options to reach Bangalore from Tirupati is to take a bus. The Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) and private buses run express, luxury, and hi-tech buses daily from Tirupati to Bangalore. Karnataka State Transport Corporation (KSRTC) buses also ply from Tirupati to Bangalore.
The city of Bangalore is situated 248 km from Tirupati and it takes 5 hours by road. Cabs charge Rs. 5000/- to 6500/- depending upon the car you hire.
