As they say water is life, additionally, you can lower blood pressure with water. It is recommended that you take at least glasses of water to stay hydrated. This is because, drinking water helps in replenishing the lost body fluids. When you are dehydrated, your blood gets more acidic leading to an increase in LDL levels of cholesterol. Thus by consuming more water, your blood streams manage to remove the excess cholesterol waste from your body. Water also helps in thinning the blood making it have a smoother flow.
